CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our cancellation policy is you must cancel within 72 hours of event to receive a full refund, to use the ticket for another event or to reschedule. All other cancellations will not be refunded or allowed to be rescheduled if not cancelled within 72 hours. To cancel, you must submit change form online within 72 hours of your reserved event to receive a full refund. E-mails and Voice Messages left on voicemail DO NOT qualify as successful means of cancellation. YOU MUST submit online change/cancellation form within 72 hours of event to be able to be refunded, reschedule, cancel, change your reservation. This applys to ALL forms of payment such as vouchers, coupons, gift certificates and online checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Tickets purchased with Google Checkout ARE NOT shipped to your house. The tickets are digital and the email you receive that says Tracking # THIS IS YOUR TICKET is your ticket. Please print and bring to the event. An example is below.
VOUCHERS & CLAIMING:
Colors & Bottles LLC will review your registration and verify your voucher number. If your voucher is not verified you will receive an e-mail from Colors & Bottles prior to your event notifying you of an invalid voucher. You will then be asked for a correct voucher number or you will be directed to payment.
You MUST enter your voucher code within the correct field within the form online to claim. Your numbers will be checked prior to the event and you will receive an e-mail if you listed an incorrect number. If you do not receive an e-mail consider your seat reserved. Thanks!
CTIVITY RELEASE OF LIABILITY
READ CAREFULLY - THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
In exchange for participation in the activity of any and all activities planned, owned and operated by Colors and Bottles LLC organized by Colors and Bottles LLC ("Colors & Bottles"), of 3909 N. Seeley Ave, Chicago, Illinois, 60618 and/or use of the property, facilities and services of Colors & Bottles I agree for myself and (if applicable ) for the members of my family, to the following:
1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Colors & Bottles, or the employees, representatives or agents of Colors & Bottles.
2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity or any Colors and Bottles LLC activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Colors & Bottles for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Colors & Bottles , whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Colors & Bottles or other third parties.
3. I agree to indemnify and defend Colors & Bottles against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Colors & Bottles.
4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Colors & Bottles caused by my or my family's negligent, reckless, or willful actions.
5. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under the state law.
6. I agree to follow all state laws including state laws regarding the consumption of alcohol. I understand that Colors and Bottles LLC will not be liable for any actions that I take or participate in during Colors and Bottles LLC events.

Colors & Bottles LLC
Deposit / Cancellation Policy for Private and Corporate Events
DEPOSITS
A $140.00 "BOOKING" deposit and signed contract must be received before your event will be
considered "Booked" and the date reserved.
50% DEPOSIT: (4) Four weeks prior to your event, 50% of your estimated balance will be due.
Meaning, half of your estimated expected guests must be registered and paid for.
Final Details: (10) Ten days prior to your event the final details and guest count are due.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be received in writing.

If cancelled Two to Four weeks prior to your event: 50% of your REQUIRED deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled One week prior to your event: 25% of your REQUIRED deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to your event will forfeit the entire REQUIRED Deposit.
I have read the deposit and cancellation policy. I understand and agree that I am responsible for remitting deposit payments according to the policy and that if my deposit(s) are not received by the due date(s) my event may be subject to cancellation. I have read and understand the terms of this agreement and I am aware that forfeited deposits may not be used at a later date towards another event.
I understand that Colors&Bottles LLC is not responsible for any forfeited event. I agree with the terms and conditions of this contract. I concur with the deposit policies and will follow through with them as such. Please confirm my event with Colors&Bottles LLC. My booking deposit is enclosed in the form of payment over the phone (614-441-9600). I understand that Final Event Details are due (15) fifteen days prior to the event and the Final Guest Count is due (10) Ten days prior to the event.
Colors&Bottles LLC reserves the right to change policy.
